Rebecca Lazaroff

Project Manager

Rebecca is the Project Manager for Kelley Green Consulting. Rebecca plans, budgets, documents and oversees all aspects of company projects. Working closely with the co-founders, staff, and clients, Rebecca makes sure that the scope and direction of each project managed is on schedule and meets or exceeds client expectations. While creating innovative solutions to challenges and keeping staff motivated, Rebecca can be found, happily, spinning multiple plates at once.

After earning her BFA at Syracuse University, Rebecca quickly grew into her position as Associate Director of Design and Innovation at the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, DC. She was responsible for managing the design staff and leading a senior design team on all high-end design projects, project managing, liaison to senior executive team members, budgeting, staffing, template design, and team morale. Rebecca applied this managerial experience to her design degree, and took a position as a Designing CAD Manager for Infant and Baby in NYC. She worked for companies such as Kmart, Children’s Place, Oshkosh B’Gosh and Carters, and Babies R Us. Teams Rebecca managed were consistently high performers, creating best-seller designs. Their internal working structure was documented and rolled out as a model for company-wide team workflow. With design and management skills well-honed, and a budding entrepreneurial spirit, Rebecca started her own line of baby clothes, belle&beanzer – innovations you’ll love for the moments you’ll treasure. She handled all aspects of the line from concept, design, sourcing and manufacturing to sales and distribution. Her line was nominated for the Best New Brand Earnie Award, and she holds a Design Patent for her "big love blanket." Her products can be seen in stores and online across the U.S., Canada and China.

When she’s not thinking up new ideas or reorganizing, Rebecca loves spending time with her two children, belly laughing with her best friends, reading, writing, hiking, baking, learning something new and planning her next adventure.
